How do you digitalize the retail activation across brands and markets in Europe? Electrolux Europe is comprised of a host of different markets with varying needs when activating a product launch or campaign in-store. In the past Electrolux used long and tedious PDF toolkits that required a lot of manual labor to localize. They had been looking for a tool to do this job more efficiently for years but not found anything suitable.

Twain Studios designed and built the Retail Hub. An online platform that simplifies activation and localization of retail assets across the European markets. Markets can easily stay on top of central assets, activation guidelines - a marked improvement in ways of working.

The Retail Hub is part of a larger ecosystem built by Twain Studios called the Activation Overview. This platform collects the central activation plans across all touchpoints - making is a one-stop-shop for building a local activation plan.
